Those are all that @BigEd76 has listed in the fantastic thread he posts every year in the NFL Draft section of the EMB.   If you aren’t familiar with his posts in the 411 and the NFL Draft section and use regularly, then check them out.  If you see anything that gives information on players the Eagles are interested in share that on the thread.  BigEd does a great job of keeping his threads up to date.  He is a gem of the EMB and has been for as long as I can remember.

I’d be thrilled to get Walter nolen at 32. I think that kid has a chance to be an absolute stud and better prospect than what Milton williams was and i was a huge Milton fan.

Building on our discussions about trading up and/or trading down, I decided to look at what the Eagles 1st round board might look like.  Grabbing Tankathon’s player ranking chart I found that my board for our #32 starts a #14 Shemar Stewart and runs down to #40 Maxwell Hairston.  14 through 19 definitely make the board, but I just don’t see the Eagles taking an OT in either the 1st or 2nd round, so #20 Josh Simmons and #30 Josh Conerly are not on this board.  Similarly I don’t see the Eagles taking a WR  in 1 or 2, so #24 Matthew Golden and #29 Emeka Egbuka and #32 are not included. RB at #27 is intriguing but doesn’t make my board.  At IOL basedvon his "ponderousness” Tyler Booker missed, and Zabel and Jackson Er on the bubble.

When the dust settles there are :

— two trade up Edges, three sit tight Edges, and two trade down Edges.
— two trade up DTs and one sit tight DT. — one trade up LB. 
— two trade up Safeties 
— one trade up CB and one sit tight CB
— one sit tight TE
— two trade down IOLs

Maddox's best play as an Eagle. He really was a liability, but the team will need more CB depth now. So want to see if they draft a CB or sign another one.

Btw on that play Mahomes missed a wide open Watson. Mahomes was so rattled by the defense he locked completely in on Hopkins from the snap and didn't even look Watson's way. I think the pressure forced him to think he needed to get the ball out so quick.

We have been pretty fortunate on injuries. Now that our depth has been gutted, I hope this doesn't backfire. Avonte was no shutdown but he was valuable depth with starting experience. Question on backup slot corner add to the list of backup Middle LB, Safety, DT, OT, OG, C, 3rd WR

At his pro day Grant improved his 40 time to 5.05 but his 10-yard split dropped to 1.76. Twenty reps on the bench. Nothing reported on the short shuttle.

Gonna be fun seeing Dotson slaughter Maddox in the NFCCG. Hope he's healthy and makes it there. He's been cooked for about 3 years.

Maddox was a solid slot CB earlier in his career. It was time to move on but the guy wasn't always a bum.

No chance. One year probably 2m or under and 50/50 at best to make their team. In fact, wouldn't shock me if he didn't and was one of the players the Eagles sign after week 1.
