These next few drafts are so important for the future of our team. We will need to address TE, RT and RG, and a no. 2 cb We should also lock up Fred Johnson for a few years. If AJ goes we need a WR that runs great routes. AJ seems to have checked out on too many plays. Maybe most importantly we need an OC that will stick around for a few years. Maybe Moore will get fired and we can sign him back (wishful thinking) Offensive consistency with the play calling will only be a positive.

Let’s also remember this is the offseason to trade Tanner McKee. Hopefully he gets us a second which we can use to trade up for a RT whilst still leaving us with plenty of picks to address other needs.

I think the eagles priorities are in no particular order......without considering what they do in free agency....

Offensive line.....a couple versatile guys who can play RT and slide inside if needed.....but they need to find Johnson's replacement....urgently.

CB2

TE.....Goedart having a good year but the clock is ticking and he's been banged up a lot. Nobody on the roster to take over.

Edge.....Depending on whether they resign Phillips will determine how high on the priority list this is.

WR.......Dotson is a free agent after the season. And who knows where the AJ Brown drama will lead.

There's not a lot of talent in free agency, it's mostly journeymen on their second or third team already or ageing vets that aren't far behind Lane, the only one that might've been of interest is Vera-Tucker but he'd be coming off a torn tricep and has mostly played guard.

Some of us are excited and enjoying the winning season. But between watching college football and getting excited about certain players, and watching injuries to our O line (and AJ Brown issue) it makes some look forward to the draft. Also passes the time during work.

LOL. But another thing is just being football nerds and always thinking about the team past, present and future. Seeing stuff in game and realizing we need a better CB2, wondering if Jaelen Phillips gets re-signed and then they don't need to draft another Edge unless in mid to late rounds, recognizing the need for O line depth and get ready for Lane's replacement, stuff like that.

There’s a lot to deal with in the offseason for sure. So many players needing contracts. What to do about the offense and fixing it. The OC situation. Is Barkley really okay or did that 2k season do more damage than we all realize. It’s so much to consider that personally I am not ready for that kind of stress right now.

Nah- I think its time we peek at the draft half way thru the season.

Gotta rebuild the O Line where needed, and we all know where- at multiple spots.
Not sexy to go O line in the draft, but its time for a quick rebuild.

I would be fine if our first three picks were all o-linemen -- no sarcasm, 100% serious.

There's plenty of OT's i'm paying attention to, the two boys from Utah(Fano & Lomu), Goosby(Texas), Worlds(Oregon), and Proctor(Bama). As fa as TE's Sadiq(Oregon) is probably unrealistic but in the mid rounds Trigg would be a nice receiving option but a complete TE I just don't see available next draft. I hope that helps.

Dotson is fine as #3. Investing anything in WR at this point is an absolute waste as long as Jalen Hurts is the QB.

Eagles should be looking at RB this draft as well. Barkley runs like a soft old man now.
