NFL Draft Prop Bet: Tua Draft Position O/U 5.5

First, I would like to thank Mods for adding the sports betting sub-forum at my request.

Now to my prop bet post. All of this news with Tua and him falling down the draft boards does not make sense to me. I am still at the belief that he gets drafted at #3 by the Dolphins but worse case #5 with the dolphins current pick. I don't see a scenario where he falls out of the top 5.

True but at the combine they players go through medical evaluations by all 32 teams. The report from Adam Schefter during the combine is that Tua's medical was better than expected from almost all teams he spoke with. All of a sudden, we get closer to the draft and the Dolphins prefer Herbert and Love over Tua. The report today is the Dolphins are in talks with the Lions to move up to #3 to draft.........AN OFFENSIVE TACKLE? lol Dolphins want Tua and they are trying to drive down the price to trade up to #3

Id say hes not going top 5. I was never a big fan to begin with so with the injury, no combine workout, and no pro days I easily say he drops.

If people really think the Dolphins are in talks with the Lions for #3 to get an OL have their head in the sand. 

Only player that makes sense for such a move is Tua.

This is the most interesting question of the draft. I wouldn’t be surprised if he went 3rd and I wouldn’t be shocked if he went 23rd.

Couldn't they wait until #5? I guess it depends how concerned they are someone else tries to jump them?

Maybe they could but the problem is that if you identify a franchise QB and really want him at #5, you should trade up to secure his services. I would be stupid to lose out on a franchise QB because you don't want to part with late 1st or early 2nd to pair with #5 to move up
