How about this guy ?

I like him at 70. Hands catcher, good jump ball guy. Routes aren’t sharp - fixable.

Over/Under RBs drafted in the 1st round is at 0.5 right now.  Am I able to photocopy the deed to my house in the wager column?

what's your play? I think this is a toss up

But that's what most college CBs do.

More and more that is true. That’s one of the reasons I loved position drills at the Combine

I have to play the over.  I find it unfathomable that no RB goes in the first between Harris, Etienne, and my small insider tip that I'm sure I'll eat crow for.....Javonte Williams to the Bucs.

Are there odds on Jaelan Phillips NOT getting drafted in the 1st round? I'd put $100 on that, easy.

Sportsbook doesn't have that one unfortunately.  I'm sure Bovada has it.  I agree with you too.  I feel like he drops fast.  I may jump in on Davonta Smith dropping fast too.  I think he's gonna be really good, but I could see his weigh-in today scaring the crap out of plenty of teams.

Yea, I think over is likely at least one goes even if its late. Harris is kind of a wild card to me. He's obviously talented but Alabama put some miles on him the last two years.

Devonta has A++ hands and body control. He wins at the top of the catch point every time no matter how much contact he has on him. Catches everything in stride effortlessly without ever having to change speed. His sideline awareness is also Hopkins level spectacular

Then his route running and speed are also awesome. He's open all the damn time always behind the D. He ran 10.6 100m in high school. People who think he can't run blow my mind. I can't find any play where he was caught from behind

And he has no problem making people miss and breaking tackles, which would be a problem if it were a thing but it's not, even at his 165lb playing weight

Had 0 problem getting off press too

You can line him anywhere and he's gonna smoke corners in the NFL. I just hope so bad we're not this stupid to pass on him

I don’t think anybody doubts he can play in this league just question how much he will be playing, durability issues at that size. I think the guy could be that good that certain teams might even put a hit out on him like the Seahawks did to Wentz but they would go after his legs instead

I don't understand that though.  Did Pinkston ever have durability issues?  Devonta had no durability issues in college when being a high volume target for multiple years playing against future NFL talent.

Meanwhile the crowd that goes after Devonta as a health risk has no issues with Waddle who was never a high volume target in college and the one season where he was starting to get a high volume of targets he suffered a serious ankle injury.  I'd be much more concerned about Waddle and his health going forward than I am with Devonta and his health.  Gronkowski has one of the biggest bulked out frames in the league yet he has dealt with injuries his entire career.  Devonta is playing what is probably the least physically punishing position in football outside of the LS, Kicker & Punter.

Was hoping he and someone else would jump Bateman to make him (Bateman) a possibility at 37

I don't want Bateman, he looks so, average to me... I like Marshall hopefully his  leg is fine

People upset by mocks having us draft OL need to get themselves a reality check. If Surtain and Horn are gone by 12, there’s probably an 80% chance Howie takes DL or OT.

I think a lot of people are in for a rude awakening. I suspect if Surtain or Horn are there they go in that direction. If they are both gone which could easily happen it's going to be Paye, Barmore, Slater, Vera-Tucker, or Darrisaw, maybe with a trade down involved. I just don't see them taking a WR in round 1 again, and there is zero chance they are taking Parsons.

If anyone is rudely awakened at this point by a stupid move in the draft by the Eagles, where have they been the last 50 years?

Haha, I know all that glitters is not gold but put me down for Bateman. However I would like him even more if he were 6’2” 210

Tua,Najee, Jeudy,Smith,Waddle... how did them ever not score 60 a game, let alone lose any games?  Jeebus

That's fair. Since I didn't want him you may as well pre-order his jersey

Looking at Alabama's WRs, wonder if Hurts was a "victim of circumstances." That is, he was the QB when the kids were still raw.

2017 he still managed 17 TD/1 Int.  44 rushes, 24 passes per game. Next season the kids grow up, they add Waddle, Tua is the QB, and 38 rushes, 29 passes per game.

Jeudy (FR) 14  264

Sims (SR) 14  207

Smith TE (SO)  14  128

Ruggs (FR)  12  229

Smith (FR)  8  160

My do not want list is bound to have some future Eagles on it — Fields, Paye, Rousseau, Werner, Meinerz, Molden

No.  Hurts also had Calvin Ridley in both 2016 and 2017, and O.J. Howard at least one of those years.  He couldn’t throw the ball well and got benched because of it.

His passing ability improved drastically at Oklahoma; and even from the work he put in as second string at Alabama — but he’s definitely not where he needs to be yet.

The rock, rock, rock strategy part of The Great 8 Gambits. Its called Avalanche.

I learned about this many years ago when me and my friend were jokingly talking about RPS "Strategy". What we were shocked to find was a website for the World RPS Association, which explained these gambits. We thought it was funny. Who knew studying that could get us a job playing for the eagles?

Here are the rest of the great 8

Avalanche (RRR)
Bureaucrat (PPP)
Crescendo (PSR)
Dénouement (RSP)
Fistful o’ Dollars (RPP)
Paper Dolls (PSS)
Scissor Sandwich (PSP)
Toolbox (SSS)

Ive always been a big avalanche fan.  My friend was partial to Crescendo, and Fistful o dollars.
