Deshaun Watson

Recommended Posts

When I first heard this I thought "Well, let's give him the benefit of the doubt and let it play out". But now, 24 different accusers? This quickly turned into such a big thing that this guy may never play football again. What is the deal with these guys luring women under the guise of a "massage".

Deshaun Watson lawsuits up to 14, with 24 accusers - ProFootballTalk (nbcsports.com)

24 accusers, no criminal charges/investigation, lawyer is neighbor of Texans owner, Watson wants out of Houston.  It smells funny.  Either the owner is looking for a way out of the contract or he's a moron and is tanking his best assets trade value.  I'll wait to see what facts actually come out but the lawyer is apparently a well known sleezeball.

Maybe Watson is perv.  If this is the case then odds are he'll fit right in with Kraft and the Patriots.

It's strange that he was trying to find girls on Instagram for massages.

It's strange that one claimed to blackout when blowing him too.

This entire thing smells fishy and I'm not talking about the broads

Like I said, 1 or 2 women....but 24?!

Yeah hard to just cast it off as a money grab at this point. Plus all of these women pretty much are done as massage therapists for pro athletes after coming forward like this so there is a risk for them.

Unfortunate reality that even people that everyone says are good are sometimes pretty Fd up.

tawana brawley

"Sharpton has since paid off his [$65,000] debt with money raised by his supporters," the Village Voice says. Brawley was ordered to pay $190,000.

It's been 15 years. With interest, the judgment against the now 40-year-old Brawley has grown to more than $430,000. Finally, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports, Pagones is receiving some of the money: $3,700, or about 1 percent of what he's now owed.

it's part of the discussion, unless of course, you believe women never lie about this stuff and automatically think watson is guilty.

You and NVEagle going back and forth listing women's names with no context or thoughts is part of the conversation? Thanks for the contribution I guess.

it's weird you don't know these names to know the context, particuarlly when the names started to be posted after i sarcastically commented that women never lie about this stuff. ever.

seriously, you never heard of reade and brawley ?

I have. I just don't know how that fits this context when we're talking about 24 different women making accusations against the same person. Seems like a much different case to me. Obviously we let all of the details come out but seems like we're comparing apples to oranges.

I think there's a difference between cases where you have a couple accusers and ones with 24 of them. Getting 2 or 3 people to lie in a coordinated fashion is fairly difficult. Getting 24 of them to do the same is nearly impossible.

Honestly, I haven't read the complaints or paid too much attention to it. I was pretty dismissive at first, given the reputation of the lawyer. But now with over 20 people...it is starting to get a Cosby vibe to it. Hard to imagine that many people in a coordinated conspiracy.
