I was elated then that we jettisoned an underperforming and massively expensive injury risk of a player and I still am pleased the Eagles got a return of any kind. Right, moreover, we're lucky to have gotten the return on the trade. Maybe we can attribute the trade return to an ego of of Frank Reich, it could be he thinks he's the reason Wentz played well in 2017, had it not been for him I wouldn't have been surprised if he best we could do was a 3rd. I get the feeling if he’s given the option he won’t choose surgery. Many guys don’t choose the surgery option until it’s too late. No matter how you slice it, starting the season (before even preseason) with an injury is troubling and does make that first round pick concerning.
