Might win a gold glove this year. Love his glove but his bat right now is bad. Frankly, I just don’t think he’s a five horse hitter. I think further into his career he’s either going to be a lead off guy or where Turner is. Or do you have him seven or eight to kind of set the table for when you flip the lineup back around.

Last year at this time we were burying Castellanos.  What a difference a year makes.  Scott and Bohmhave the potential to take that same route

Yeah they also hurt themselves during that Astros series leaving castellanos where he was. Frankly stott and bohm were great in the regular season. The issue is more i don’t think stott is a 5 hole. He usually batted 6 or 7 this year. Bohm’s was great with RISP this year. Postseason i think he’s pressing and they really didn’t have him bat cleanup all that often. He was moved a lot but he really found his stride hitting 5th or 7th.

I hated starting an at bat with off speed pitches.  At a lower level, most hitters won’t catch up to a good fastball…off speed just gives them a better chance to hit it.

I don't like the ump expanding the zone... but if he does it in the top of the 9th... then so be it.
