DAL tried their best to give that game away, but the Chargers are just another level of bad.  I get that Joey Bosa is playing hurt, but what is Khalil Mack’s excuse for stealing money?

I trust Orion more than Seranthony, which is saying something because Orion is a rookie.  Should be using him more, he's a stud.

 

Still waiting to see that hold on Slater?!  Phantom call that helps "America's team." But whatevs.  NFL has to got to keep it interesting.

Yup, I'm still on my self imposed exile from Eagles news. My only peak at any info today was to see what's up with Lane Johnson. Sounds like the news is somewhat good. Relieving, to say the least.

Just two quick things about yesterday's debacle.

1) I don't complain about broadcasters too often. In fact, almost never. But wow, I thought Mark Sanchez was atrocious. It seemed blatant that he was rooting for the Jets. Didn't he even say near the end that he "wished" the Jets hadn't scored that final touchdown so fast? Wished? Umm, you're supposed to be neutral. Why are you wishing for anything?

2) I'm still confused as to the mechanics of the Jets challenge of the long pass to A.J. Brown. It was ruled a catch on the field. The Eagles rush down the field to get the next play off. We see multiple camera angles of the catch. And after a little while, the Jets THEN throw the challenge flag. How were they allowed all that extra time before getting to make a decision? Was there some sort of injury on the field at the time that we weren't shown? It just seemed really convenient for them and I was especially annoyed. I also thought it was going to stand so I didn't mind their challenging it since I figured it'd burn a timeout.

The problem is they have ice cold batters hitting after Harper.  Bohm and Stott have been absolutely brutal and JT has been doing his fair share of messing up rallies as well (like the double play with the bases loaded and 1 out tonight).  Then you have a red hot Casty hitting near the bottom of the order...

Mack has 15 sacks in his season and a half with the Chargers, 9 (NINE) of them were in 2 home games against the Raiders.

Herbert is very good and he was playing with a broken finger. It absolutely caused a ton of accuracy issues.

Still, the Chargers remain the Chargers.

The excuses for Herbert continue to build 

The Chargers absolutely stink as a team.  Not sure what the point of Staley is as a HC is as they've managed to get worse.  And Dallas were not great either as it's throw to CeeDee, run to Tony. McCarthy getting rid Moore so the O won't score too quickly because it gasses the D is laughable.

Gotta say, the standard of the NFL this year is not great.

QB play overall is mahomes and then a ton of meh to suck. Maybe a shoutout to Tua but i think thats the coach more than him
