Doubtful.  Hwa been allergic to the endzone his career compared to the redzone threat he should have been.  I think this is more they are hoping he still has his speed so he can fill the Qiez role of just being out there making defenses respect the speed.

This was 10 months ago. Julio can still run, especially if he only plays half the snaps and has a 60% route-share. A real chance he's better than Watkins.
