Figured this would happen when Roby wasn't going on IR.  They had enough.

Thought he'd be the centerpiece in the trade for Myles Garrett

You guys are a bunch of downers. Julio gonna look so fast in those kelly greenz Sunday

I kinda like having zero expectations about the Julio signing. I expect nothing so it's much less likely I get horribly disappointed right?  Right?

Reminds me of the early 1990s... Eagles signed Roy Green, James Lofton, Art Monk...

At disadvantage of at least swapping Stott and Bohm? He hasn't been much better, but they need to do something, and I get leaving Nick where he is as long as he is drilling them out. Harper may not get a good pitch all night.

Frankly stott in the 5 hole has been an issue all year. He’s not a 5 hole drive them in type guy. He’s a table setter that has some power. He really should be 1-2 or 7-8  problem is realmuto should be batting 5th or Rhys but Rhys is hurt and realmuto has been awful with Risp

2022 highlights.

Just heard this stat on NFL Radio:

If Tua is sacked four times or more in a game, his record is 1–4, if he is sacked three times his record is 4–6.

They are also not very good against the run. I know our secondary is shaky to say the least, but the Eagles certainly have a formula, that they are built for, to win this game.

Issue is he has only been sacked 6 times all year, and 4 were in one game.

Even last year he only averaged 1.5 sacks a game.

I wouldn't say the Eagles are built to win this game.  More like the Dolphins offense is built to make our defensive strength in the defensive line a nonfactor.  Tua has the quickest release time in the NFL and he gets out to his playmaking WRs then run in space.  Tyreke Hill might go for 200+ yards.

Hope so because if the rush doesn’t get home it might be ugly

This.  This game won’t be close

I think it should be close, it'll just be a shootout though.  Dolphins defense isn't that good and I fully expect the offense to respond to that meltdown against the Jets.  Wildcard to that all is if Driscoll or whoever they put in at RT just being a total disaster all game to where the Eagles offense can't really keep up then.

Like he’s not the #1 reason for the QB pocket rules lol. He’s gotten the softest calls on any player all-time lmao.

This feels like it could be the most critical game of the regular season when we look back on it a month and a half from now. As far as how they respond after the awful loss from last week and how it dictated them entering this grueling stretch. The loss(es) will come during this stretch, that’s just how it goes. But this feels like the game that will tell us if they go 6-2 (which I would take right now if offered) or 4-4 or worse in the next eight which will tank their seeding and leave the division up for grabs potentially.

They ripped off five straight after the Washington loss last year. The Jets loss feels similar to that one where they shot themselves in the foot a half a dozen times. They have the leadership and the talent to right the ship.

There was nothing normal about her fandom and the NFL's insistence on showing her last night, followed by an interview on the Pat McAfee show already. It just feels off and nothing about it seems to be authentic. Nothing about so much of the NFL feels authentic anymore.

Honestly, there's an incredible weird vibe around the NFL this year. It all started with the script commercial, then the Travis Kelce/Taylor Swift thing (along with every other commercial featuring TK) in conjunction with Donna Kelce and Jake from State Farm at the game followed by her media tour and so on.

I harp on the Taylor Swift thing:

A. because it's annoying as hell.

B. It feels fake and like a made up storyline.

You can't tell me that Travis Kelce, who has strictly dated black women, suddenly wants to date the whitest woman on the face of the Earth. It makes no sense.

In no way am I saying the NFL is scripted. It just feels more like an entertainment product rather than a sport anymore. And in doing so, they are being less and less authentic to the sport and more obvious in the product they want to be.

We might have a tougher path this year but I like our chances to beat other NFC teams if we exit the season in decent health and with some of our issues fixed. Seeding will be effected but I think how we finish in December is key. People will put too much emphasis on this next game one way or another.

Yeah it’s scripted

My buddy’s gf invited me to her dog’s birthday party. Yeah. I told her I was getting the dog an Eagles’ Vick jersey.

Successfully got uninvited
