Hockey is incredible live. Like, literally the best team sport on the planet to watch live. And playoff hockey might be the most intense, pressure inducing sports tournament there is. Highly recommend you go to an NHL playoff game at some point.

In 3 previous playoff starts from Gallen and Kelly the D-backs gave up 2, 2, and 2 runs.

In 2 vs Philly its 15 and counting.

Love the team chemistry. They might have not played well to start the year and frustrating at times. But you can really tell these guys love one another and play for each other.

Hickey is at least kind of fun to go to live but yeah the Hockey talk is definitely worse.

I know a few players in baseball mostly from here but I've just never been able to get into baseball, it just bores me 

If i were a baseball fan or even a Phillies fan I can't imagine id talk about it here I'd most likely be on a Phillies message board if that existed 🤷‍♂️

It all good though I get it, a lot of posters on this board live in or are from Philly and are philly 4 sports fans which is fine, I just like calling them out on how silly it is to talk about baseball on a football message board.

Amazingly... the Phillies have scored 4 runs in back to back innings... without a multiple run HR.  And only the first run was via the long ball!

 

Schwarber gets the rest of the night off... I'd pull Stott too (given the leg tweak).

If this 10-0 score holds, The Philadelphia Phillies are only 2 Wins Away From Back to Back World Series as a Wild Card.  What an amazing run.  They would be 6-0 at the Bank.

Defense. He’s a gold glove caliber defender. Might be the best range cf in baseball and that the Phillies had in forever.

He is an amazing fielder who catches everything and is fast enough to get to most balls.

Not sure about 'forever'.    Gary Maddux was smooth as butter.   I don't think Richie had that kind of range, but...  still the greatest CF in franchise history.
