They are facing Strider who is absolutely cooking.  I’m impressed they are putting as many on base and running the pitch count as they are.  All they are missing is a 2 out base hit and a bad swing on a 1st pitch breaking ball by Bohm.

If the next 5 innings go like this, it’s frustrating.  But they are getting ready to flex.

Ranger deserves another inning. That was a great pitch that Bradley Cooper wannabe golfed out.

Yeah. As EAGLES said this is what they do. Same thing against Houston last year. You don't win by leaving that many on base.

They still have time but yeah they wasted 3 innings where could’ve had 3-4 runs. Now you hope they don’t start pressing trying to make up the one run and give bad at bats.

Top knows the smart move is to put a cold guy behind him like Nick last year. 

Need Schwarber to join the party as well. I know he’s had a few base hits but need his power to come alive.

The refs are always a threat though. 

I love Rojas but right now he really looks bad at the plate. He’s 0 for his last 18. Between him, schwarber and bohm it’s not good. 

Schwarber is 1 for last 14
