October 16, 20231 yr Jets showed just how to beat the Shove. Keep the Eagles out of 3rd or 4th and one.

He can squat more than a lot of offensive lineman in the league. He’s just a complete powerhouse.

I can't remember which team.

October 24, 20231 yr I really think that Nick has something up his sleeve for the shove. Like I’m sure they have worked in variations but also complete trick plays…..and he’s saving it. One day when we least expect it and when it matters most, we’re gonna see some sort of fake shove, drop back or pitch out to a back who throws to a wide open for a TD. Bank on it.

He actually said that in a press conference, that there are different looks & options they will show later. The last 2 years, they've done a couple different things. I remember last year they tossed to a RB who got an easy outside first down. Since they're not really stopping it, they keep running it why not? Enjoy it while it lasts. Then at some point we'll see a wrinkle or twist or fake.

Yep I’ve heard him hint at it and they tried something this season but Jalen got tripped. I was thinking about it today and we haven’t yet seen a variation where they overload one side, and do something way out the backside. Or how bout a philly philly variation where they line up tight, Jalen pulls up, turns and says something, starts walking and yelling "lane lane” and we direct snap to swift, he flips it to AJ and he throws it to a wide open Jalen. Call it the Ban This crap ****

Exactly and that’s why it is a nonsense to even consider banning it! We just do it better than anyone else.
