I'm kinda grateful now for our ugly wins....

Just listened to Fred Warner say that he wants the Niners to learn how to win ugly.

Well, that's what the Eagles learned already earlier this season. Winning ugly and close games isn't pretty but it builds character and mental toughness.

Which will really help us when we get to the REALLY tough games later this season.

Looks like the Niners are finding out a bit too late that winning pretty all the time isn't all that great.

People have been telling you this for over a month. Way too early to stress over other teams or how games were played. They were winning. They still are winning. Let it all play out and see who’s where at the end.

It’s a cliche but for good reason… You don’t want to play your best football in October. Or even November. It’s about winning and looking to get better week by week. This team has aspirations of going the distance so they don’t want to play their best football until the post season.

I’ve told my other half so many times to stop worrying about the Niners. Yes they looked really good but they weren’t going to sustain that level. And now look at them. They’ll bounce back no doubt but winning in the NFL is hard.
