Wait...so you think that segregating schools, public transit, and healthcare didn't have an impact on a group's ability to enter the workforce?

Sounds like you're demonstrating ignorance.

There should be no segregation in anything public.  Schools, anything.

Anything private, that’s up to the business owner

you don’t make up for public segregation by imposing affirmative action on private business

Much like one of his other greatest hits...

"Black doods staying inside playing Call of Duty is probably one of the biggest factors keeping crime down"

So now saying that, by far, the most criminally active demographic in America staying inside can decrease crime is racist?

Is any acknowledgement of the black crime problem racist in your mind?

Okay. So you think that the intentional and coordinated segregation of public transit, education, and healthcare had no impact on anyone's ability to have equal access to opportunities in the private sector.

And coming back to the topic, — you consider affirmative action to be the equivalent of a coworker making racist insults.

Just re-stating the foundation of this conversation.

I’m sure segregation did have an impact on black people that was negative.  But blame the government, not private business

Bussing companies for example fought efforts to segregate because it cost them paying black customers.  So because the government forced them to segregate, then later the bussing company must adhere to an onerous law as a consequence of what the government imposed?  Is that your belief?

Also, why do you seem to take it as a hard fact that affirmative action helps and does not harm black people?  That’s up for debate to me.

I would say that a racist insult is less harmful than a bona fife decision not to hire someone because of their race.  The insult carries no cost, whereas the decision not to hire almost definitely does

I guess I shouldn’t be shocked that there are morons trying to defend this, but I am still somewhat amazed.

Sometimes people are just racist scumbags. Admitting that one guy at Fox News is a racist who was also an IDIOT for posting this kind of crap on the internet won’t cause you to lose your MAGA membership card. Just stop already.

When it's in a forum where you're participating in conversations about "jet black Congo ni**ers"? Yeah... I'm going to assume his statements revolving around black crime are going to have racist underpinnings.

Those types of forums are the only ones that allow conversations about black crime. FBI crime statistics are a bannable offense on major platforms such as twitter, facebook, etc...

So participating in a conversation on a website with racist material makes you a racist?

Fox shouldn't have fired him. They're already regarded as a racist network full of racists. They should have just owned it like Trump does. Their ratings would have gone up.

I didn't read the comment at the source, but the Asian comment was definitely racist.

Question from the uninformed

How do you know it was him?

On one of the forums he used his real name. And the fact that he resigned in disgrace should eliminate any doubt.

Chris Wallace

Bret Baier is decent as well

Wallace is a bit of a never Trumper , but Bret Baier is probably the most objective news hour on mainstream media today.

The non opinion programs on Fox have actually gotten a lot better in terms of objectivity over the last 2 months.
