January 14, 20242 yr I think they need to decide what type of defense they want to be. If they want to be a 4-3 then keep Sweat and play him like a DE and move on from Reddick. If they want to be a 3-4 then dump Sweat. Reddick needs to constantly be a pass rush specialist only. They have to stop trying to make him drop in coverage. He stinks at it. Pass rush OLB is his niche.

This is where an hiring the established defensive coordinator and valuing his input fits in nicely 👌 would also make Howie's work cut out for him too
January 14, 20242 yr Reddick would be making plays if he wasn’t being used in coverage. Sweats solid but not going to be worth what he’s likely going to ask for.
