I think there's less of a chance of swimming with the fishes under Trump though.  If we're talking about the Clinton's that is a different story.

much higher chance you're not getting paid if you're working for him though.

Key Witness Against Fani Willis Completely Crumbles on the Stand

Terrence Bradley, a key witness for Donald Trump’s team, sounded more like an office gossip when he took the stand in the Georgia trial

https://newrepublic.com/post/179339/key-witness-georgia-fani-willis-crumbles

Seems to be a theme lately with star witnesses - almost like having to testify in court under oath makes people remember they can't just spew whatever bs they want

There is no evidence that exists to remove the DA from this case. The defendants have not proved that their case has been impacted in anyway.

Yesterday's hearing was an exercise in futility.

so, has this "wag the dog" situation resolved itself yet ?

Good God you are one dumb liar.  Under Georgia law prior inconsistent statements are automatically considered substantive evidence.  The text messages are either fact, or prior inconsistent statements and are now evidence proving, at best, and appearance of impropriety, at worst a fraud on the court.  Yesterday's hearing was the nail in their and Bradley's coffin.  Whether or not the judge hammers the nail, or removes it and lets them out remains to be seen.

Yesterday's hearing was totally the nail in their coffin! Maybe. Depends on what the judge thinks. So probably not. But still definitely a nail!

If the Judge follows the law on removal he will have no choice but to dismiss the motion. They have failed to meet the burden to remove the DA.

You just get dumber and dumber with every post.  Here's the texts

State, 2 Ga. App. 254, 58 S.E. 532 (1907) (decided under former Penal Code 1895, § 1026). Prior inconsistent statement of witness who takes stand and is subject to cross-examination is admissible as substantive evidence and is not limited to impeachment purposes.

Terrence Bradley appears to mutter 'dang' when confronted with texts about Fani Willis affair

🤣🤣🤣
