I am just interested in what will be found.

Prejudice is not required per Sales 316 GA appellate 727.  This case found that a personal benefit disqualified the prosecutor and the denied motion to disqualify merited a retrial.

"Personal benefit" is unfortunately not defined by Georgia law.

This judge is out on previously untread ground.

Wade was getting paid regardless of the outcome. Sales doesn't apply.

And I addressed his statement that conflict of interest has to be proven, which it does not.  If Wade gets disqualified for being stupid about the situation, the entire Fulton County DA's office could get kicked as well.

It is an unnecessary mess which could result in the case being dropped by another county's DA for any number, but more than likely political reasons.

There is no apparent or proven conflict of interest.

Wade was getting paid either way. His pay wasn't contingent on the outcome of the case. Therefore his (and Fani's) behaviors and the decisions to prosecute (or not) were not subject to any conflicts of interest.

Sure. It doesn't meant that McAfee won't rule that she's to be removed. But if he did he's not following the letter of the law.

There is nothing in the law that an "apparent" conflict of interest is the threshold. And AFAIK there's no precedent for "apparent" conflicts of interest being sufficient to remove a DA.

Wade may have only gotten hired because of his relationship with Fani.  Wade has never dealt with a felony case much less a RICO. Wade was the highest paid attorney employed by Fani.  Wade took Fani on vacations which created a financial benefit of greater than $100 dollars.

That creates a personal interest.

Daaamn!  For real?  That's like half a meal in Atlanta.  They gotta throw the book at her.

That is the rule.

Yeah, I get it.  Obviously, I'd prefer it if Presidents didn't ask the Secretary of State to literally throw my vote out, but $100 is like 4 apps at the Iberian Pig.  You can't be giving that out for nothing.

May be an image of 2 people and text that says 'ISN'T IT AMAZING HOW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FANI WILLIS AND NATHAN WADE IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, BUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLARENCE THOMAS AND GINNI THOMAS ISN'T? SO WEIRD.'

because I'm bored first thing here in the morning and enjoy making you idiots look like the idiots you are chasing stories that are crafted specifically to mislead..

the person in the visitor's log is Fani N Willis. the Atlanta DA's middle name is Taifa.

the person in the visitor's log is part of a group of 446 people who visited the White House. all appts were made for 446 people - again, all part of the same visiting group - at exactly the same time 4 days prior.

and whatever event was going on was happening on the side lawn/tent.

so to recap.

it's not Fani T Willis the Atlanta DA, it's a Fani N Willis, who was part of some group of 446 people who visited the white house.

Source?  The statement to the state senate committee stated it included the mayor of Atlanta.

Just saw the log.  N is listed and Fani's middle or maiden name are both not "N".

Yes, the source was the log.

It's even in the screenshot of the visitor's log from that always truthful source of news Gateway Pundit

I did not see any specific events happening on any white house event calendars. But given the name it's unlikely it was the Fulton DA, and it was a very large group so it's not whatever clandestine conspiracy meetup between Fani and Kamala that the dipsh!ts here are jerkin it to.

Finally, you got it.

The case against Fani Willis will be dismissed. There is no evidence of an actual conflict of Interest. The case against her failed.
