Posted January 15, 20241 yr Laube is a 5th year senior from a small school so Im assuming we may be talking about an UDFA here. He has ok size listed at 5'10'' 210. He displays good elusiveness, and excellent speed. One of the most appealing things is how much he is used in the passing game even at WR. Check the stats And the highlights

Yeah, I have Amagadget pegged as a 3rd rounder… does the NFL get spooked because they don’t get to see him at the Senior Bowl, probably not; more of a lost opportunity for him to move up. I don’t think Bullock is universally a bad tackler, just inconsistent- in any case I like Reed a lot but he needs to be teamed up with with a true FS, so that the D can run a wider array of coverages. We might need to handle this in FA, as this problem can’t wait for a rookie to get it together… McKinstry on the other hand is ready to go.

Branch this year gives hope that a rookie can jump right in and handle coverage duties like that, but thats not very common.
