I think this is just Howie ensuring we have depth in the secondary especially at NB after forcing guys like Ricks to play inside last year (perhaps going a bit overboard in doing so). Hoping we find a solid NB option between Hall, Rodgers, McPhearson, and I guess toss Shon and DeJean in there too (although kinda hoping the latter is slotted in at S next to CJGJ) and not rely on Maddox who will almost certainly end up injured at some point again.
