This guy has counters on counters, great hand usage - extremely smooth. Will he have the length and 10yd split/vert numbers too really separate physically, maybe not.

Not a great athlete. We knew that. Likely Verse solidified himself as the top DE, and Latu 2nd.

His 40 time, verticals and broad jump are pretty much the same as guys like Nick Bosa and Cam Jordan, and not nearly enough behind Verse to be a concern.

If he's there at 22 and the medical reports on the neck are fine he'd be tough to pass up. I'd rather take him at 22 than make the rumored trade up to take Quinyon Mitchell at Corner and it's not close.

Id probably still go CB but if be excited for the latu pick too.

Despite adding Huff, extending BG and Sweat and also stating the younger players need to play more I still think they need a stud edge. Knowing how Howie builds a roster I can see him adding a DE in the first 2 rounds depending on how it shakes out.

Chop looks great on a few highlight clips, but overall he has a combined 6 sacks in his college career. Latu has 24 in his last 2 years. I get the injury concern, but if that checks out I'd take Latu all day over Chop. Rd 2 would I take Chop? sure ... but not at 22 regardless of what he did in the underwear Olympics.
