Kendall Milton (Georgia RB) -- UDFA SIGNED BY EAGLES!

Kendall Milton is 6'1'' 220lbs traditional 4 year senior without a lot of mileage.

There are no wasted steps by Milton. He looks perfect as a 1 cut runner build for a zone blocking scheme. He appears to have enough burst to run an outside zone. He is also just fine hitting a cutback on an inside zone run. And theres no little jukes or stutter steps to do that. He sees a cutback lane, he can immediately plant and go in that direction.

Hes also a guy who runs with the physicality of someone like McCaffrey. Really gonna try to run through a lot of tackles. Im not quite sure he is on the maniac level of Pacheco angry running, but hes somewhere in that same stratosphere of a McCaffrey or Pacheco who will get tough yards and fight till the last yard till he is on the ground.

He has a bunch of low carry, high yardage games. Some of that may be Georgia dominating competition, but it indicates a knack for explosive runs. Consistent chunk runs. And he will wear down a defense. Great guy to feed late in a game.

I think he deserves to be ranked much higher in this underwhelming class of RBs.

Looks to me a good complement to a Swift type shifty back. Looks like in the NFL he will get the yards that are there and won’t have too many negative plays but isn’t going to be a home run threat much. Big physical back who hits the gap and can be gone for several. How is his blocking?
