Posted February 5, 20241 yr Renardo Green is a 6'0'' 186lb CB from Florida State. He played in the shrine bowl, and has currently jumped 60 spots in drafttek's prospect rankings. He is a physical press corner not just at the line, but also very competitive at the catch point as well. Seems to have long speed. Toolsy CB who currently seems to be ranked as a mid rounder. Recently highlighted as a sleeper in this Kollman video. About 3:42 in this vid
February 6, 20241 yr Starting to get a feeling about the 2nd tier of CBs; Tampa, Green, Jackson, Hart… might be the part of the draft the FO is interested in.

It will enable them to pass on a dream scenario of having a choice between DeJean, Kool-Aid, Wiggins... just to take Guyton instead. Then will take the CB in round 2 out of that group. Dont hate it. Dont love it either. Id rather get the CB, and take that South Dakota State OT in like round 3 or 4.

Agreed - just seems like Eagles being them to take an OL that might sit for years, rather than address an immediate need at a ‘lesser’ position.
February 6, 20241 yr This guy’s go-to is press man. Really good at mirroring and staying sticky. He’ll hand fight early and late but seems cognizant of not getting grabby enough for a holding or an illegal contact after 5 yards penalty. Good make-up speed too. I dont know if he’s a Fangio guy though because he’s not really good in zone right now. His trigger to attack is a bit late and he talks false steps out of his zone. Maybe these things can be learned?

I'm thinking they'll make a splash at CB in FA or via trade.
