Drugs - seems like a better way to go.

It's difficult to die in the arms of a prostitute when you're rock climbing although I suppose it's technically feasible.

Rock climbing.  I managed to survive.

I don't know anything about door #2, but I am very familiar with door #1. I would not wish that on my worst enemy so door #2 please.

1 He may get tired of rock climbing and move on.

2 He may do all sorts of lousy things that will drag him and everyone around him down, plus he may injure or kill another person.
