Anim Dankwah, OT, Howard: The Eagles surprisingly didn’t draft an offensive tackle but they add Dankwah (6-8, 349), who started 25 games at left tackle for Howard. The 23-year-old is an intriguing developmental prospect. (Steve Wyche)

Andre’ Sam, S, LSU: An older prospect at 25, Sam spent time at McNeese State and Marshall before one year at LSU in 2023. He led the Tigers with 3 interceptions in 13 starts last season. (Tom Pelissero)

Kendall Milton, RB, Georgia: Milton (6-1, 225) averaged 6.2 yards per carry in his college career and had his best season in 2023 with 790 yards and 14 rushing touchdowns. He’s not much of a receiving threat but he is a powerful, ground-and-pound back. (Dawg Nation)

Gabe Hall, DT, Baylor: Hall (6-6, 294 pounds) was a three-year starter at Baylor and has some pass rush juice as a 3-technique. He had 12 1/2 sacks in his college career. (Tom Pelissero)

McCallen Castles, TE, Tennessee: The Eagles didn’t draft a tight end so they added one after the draft concluded. Castles began his career at Cal, when to UC Davis and finished up in 2023 at Tennessee. The 6-4, 244-pound tight end had 22 catches for 283 yards and 5 touchdowns last season. (Priority Sports)

Talik Keaton, WR, Marshall: Keaton (6-1, 184) had minimal production in college as a receiver but also returned punts. His best season at Marshall came in 2021, when he caught 19 passes for 268 yards and 2 touchdowns. (Terry Meyers)

Accumulating some prospects for this year's Nasty Nate Award. I like it.

Well Howie said there were 7 so I think you got them

You don't anticipate more or are you just referring to the 7 signed as of now?

He said in his PC they only signed 7 because that's all the space they had and that was intentional because this class lacked depth and they signed more futures deals with other teams PS players to fill spots (did that in Feb).

Howie also said this class of UDFA isn't what they thought it would be. Meaning worse. I don't know if there will be additions.

I will update this thread as more are announced:

*******************************************************

Gottlieb Ayedze, OL, Maryland: After four years at Frostburg State, Ayedze finished his career at Maryland, mostly playing right tackle. At 6-4, 308 pounds, Ayedze played right tackle for the Terps but his size might make him more of a guard in the NFL. The 24-year-old started football late in high school so he’s a late-bloomer but has some intriguing traits and upside. (Matt Zenitz)

I like Castles and Gabe Hall.

The Tackle from Howard is intriguing from s size standpoint

I think Gabe hill has a chance to stick.

Looks like a DE in a 34 to me possible 5 tech?

I like Gabe Hall

I think the Marshall guy might be a tryout. Doesn’t seem like a roster guy

Eagles are bringing in former Bengals, WR Jon Ross for a look see, with speed in the slot.

He couldn't hold down a consistent role at the Gina's 2 years ago, how much depth can this class lack?

I'm surprised Tyler Boyd is still available, he's legit one of the best WR3's out there.

Schefter reports

Former Jets first-round draft choice Mekhi Becton plans to sign a one-year deal worth up to $5.5 million with the Philadelphia Eagles, pending a physical Monday, per his agents Alan Herman and Jared Fox. Becton is expected to be the Eagles swing tackle.
Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland was a proponent of signing Becton. And if and when he passes his physical, Becton officially will report to Stoutland U.

Not a UDFA signing but a signing of a FA so I’ll lump it in here.  Howie signed FA OT Mekhi Becton (formerly of the NY Jets).

Hopefully not much is guaranteed. He played almost 1000 snaps last season and brings experience, but also had 16 penalties and allowed 12 sacks (last season alone).

Becton has all the physical tools but he was a walking punchline by the end in New York, this move smacks of when Stout wanted to see if he could reclaim Chance Warmack,

Hopefully this is more successful.

By the same token, the Eagles won the Super Bowl the year Chance Warmack was in the team. Just sayin.

Eagles UDFA Signings and Rookie Minicamp Invites: Dates, Notable Prospects, and More (profootballnetwork.com) has a list up. Interestingly they don't have Gottlieb Ayedze as an Eagles UDFA signing but have S – Kanion Williams from Tulsa in his place. Did Ayedze back out after the Becton news?

The following have been reported by them as being rookie minicamp invites.

  1. Blake Stenstrom, QB, Princeton
  2. Praise Olatoke, WR, Ohio State/IPP
  3. Jjay Mcafee, TE, Georgia Southern
  4. Jacob Roberts, LB, Wake Forest
  5. Cedric Anderson, CB, Grambling State
  6. Shon Stephens, CB, Ferris State
  7. Sheridan Jones, CB, Clemson
  8. Tavion McCarthy, CB, Mercer
  9. Kenny Churchwell III, S, UCLA
  10. Harry Mallinder, P, IPP
  11. John Ross, WR, Washington (Veteran Tryout)

All a bunch of bums!!!

That Marshall WR must just be a minicamp invite

I wonder why the Eagles keep Le'Raven Clark around?

Couple of intriguing pickups here.
