Apple's selling point on their phones was you having privacy and encryption on your data. They rolled over too quickly to a bunch of craven thin skinned idiots whose bark is worse than their bite.  Our Govt, like any far left institution, want to know everything about us, but can't really give a justifiable reason.

Every govt wants that. It isn’t a right/left topic.

Your type of performative gestures with your hands while in front of your window should be illegal.

I like to do a "pressed fruit bowl" when the post lady comes around. Except in winter.

"depends on who is walking by and sees you." Great logic.

Its Scotland. They make England look sane.  The leader of the country, like the previous 2 is unable to define what a woman is.  They care more about that than literacy or NHS.

Speaking of which.  There is a employment tribunal going at this moment where a nurse in NHS Fife complained about a T Dr changing in their dressing room.  X is fascinating read from both sides, but it ain't pretty.

Meanwhile, an MP beat up a constituent while drunk (and was stopped before doing too much damage), caught on multiple cameras and was sentenced to 10 weeks in prison.  He appealed and the judge that heard the appeal has changed it to a suspended sentence and community service.

The same judge punished someone with a 2 year sentence for hurty words on social media.

Another person was sentenced to 28 weeks in prison for sending a strongly worded email to the completely awful Jess Philips.

No one can explain the gross disparity between sentences, even supporters of the Govt.  Our judicial system is fundamentally broken

And this is what we are dealing with the UK on free speech

I couldn't even politely say what I thought of Starmer or his Govt.  If the vainglorious Starmer thinks that means I have free speech, he can get <removed to ensure I don't get a visit from the police> . Let alone mildly critique a certain unnamed religion and their predilections for inbreeding and doing horrible things to white girls.

Our Govt live in a far left fantasy land.

The shock on her face when the Police said they were charging her is a little entertaining. What me?  You dare to charge me? Arrogant cow.  No doubt she'll get off in court and paid compensation because the judge feels sorry for the trauma that her cat has faced have not being fed by her in the morning  It wouldn't surprise me if we charge the slave for misrepresentation, such is how broken our judicial system is.

Now the ironic thing is, all those idiots than wang on and on about historical slavery and the need for reparations, never ever raise how modern slavery exists in various forms. Almost like its just a grift on their behalf.

Just another day in the UK paradise

And this is equally as dumb. Banning ninja swords is like putting a band aid onto a leaking pipe

They just want to make sure you can’t defend yourself from being forced to convert.

Saying "Ninja Sword" is so oddly specific.

Can they not just say sword?  Or are they really just specifically banning ninjato swords but samurai style or medieval claymores are still kosher? So many questions...

It’s not the Ninja sword, it’s the Ninja.

Yeah... I feel like any sword being wielded by a Ninja is by definition a Ninja sword.

Hopefully they won't be raiding every Japanese karaoke bar in London confiscating those little olive skewers from all the martinis.

For whatever reason, our idiotic govt perceive the ninja sword as the problem.  When they aren't, and the issue is the demographic at the end of the pointy thing. Which brings me on to Idris Elba and a senior Govt minister suggesting that knives should be sold without a sharp end to stop people getting stabbed.  Moronic on many levels.

And on Tuesday, if you are white, sentencing guidelines will be introduced that punish you harsher than if you are not.  The Govt claim they can't do anything about it and are upset. They hate the natives that much

The public are having to fund this inquiry because our Govt and political parties won't touch it with a barge pole. Shameful.  Circa $600k raised so far.
