I am more worried about how our defense will stop opposing offenses.   I'm thinking we have a top 5 offense.  That's the good news.  But the jury is still out on what our defense is going to do...

It wouldn't surprise me if it took the offense a few weeks to find it's stride.

New offensive coordinator with a different scheme and he’s calling the plays. The loss of a HoF Center and as a result a move around along the OL. And a new RB who offers more all around. So yeah I think that’s completely fair.

Pressure our offense by scoring touchdowns. Bring blitzs up the middle. Force hurts out the pocket going to his left.

September is the new pre season. It's all about winning ugly and building a cushion for the stretch run

Can’t disagree with that! After the utter disaster we  saw at the end of last year I don’t care how we win this one! Win it and move to week 2. Style points will be needed just not this week.

I think the saying will be true, only one that will be able to stop us is us.

In the last 10 years of the NFL, any high tier offense generally does more to stop itself than any defense really can.

Zero blitz

This. QB1 can't handle it

They won ugly last year through 10-1.

At some point, gotta win pretty too.

My hope last yr was that things would get smoother as the season went on and players/coaches got familiar w each other but the same September mistakes turned to a December implosion.

My point there being we need to learn from those (hopefully) wins and adjust accordingly as the season progresses

Maybe he figured it out this past off-season. Or maybe not.

Zero blitz or make Hurts read the field.

Can't handle either consistently.

The Eagles stop themselves with bad turnovers. If they didn’t have so many bad turnovers they probably win this game by two scores or more.

For all the issues we saw with Hurts in week one his performance against the blitz was encouraging.
