David Tepper for me and it's not even close... Feels like Dan Snyder 2.0

The guy that made Dak the highest paid QB has to be pretty close

Nah, that would be the GM. But then, that owner does have poor taste in GMs, though.

Dallas.

In this century every team in the NFC has been to the superbowl at least once except for the boys, commanders, vikings, and lions. Of those dallas is the one that is consistently fielding playoff teams and still can't even get to conference title game. That is an indictment on FO and inability to see that they are the problem especially with their handling of contracts.

The owner is also the GM and pretty much as been so far this century.

It's pretty obvious David Tepper is.  He's worse than Dan Snyder ever was, and that's saying a lot.

Yes, I know he is... that's kind of the point. Jerry as an owner is OK, Markets the team well, hires good people in the front office (except the GM), pays the players and provides them quality facilities and resources. Jerry the GM sucks... Can't draft for sh-- (fortunately he is letting McClay handle most of that these days), sucks at finding good players or coaches, pays players he personally likes too much and doesn't pay ones he doesn't. Lets his ego make decisions for him.

Jerry the owner needs to fire Jerry the GM, and hire a real one. Other than that, he isn't a bad owner.

TO ME in terms of the success of the team on the field he is.   How are they consistently fielding playoff teams but so far this century can’t catch lightening in a bottle and at least make a SB appearance. He can’t see he’s a bad gm.

In terms of growth of the franchise value. Yes, bc despite their lack of success this century the boys still manage to be the most valuable franchise in the nfl and probably top 3-5 among most professional sports.

Tepper seems to be the consensus, but I'm surprised Jim Haslam didn't get any votes.  He single-handedly destroyed a playoff Browns team with that DeSaun Watson trade.  Stripped the team of picks while significantly downgrading the QB position AND blew out the team cap - all in one fell swoop.  He didn't shoot his team in the foot.  He shot the team in both feet and both hands if you ask me.

Is Woody Johnson added to the list?
