September 17, 20241 yr No game hinges on a single play. The game plan early did not work. I have more questions about that and the slow start. We tend to run aggressive with play calling and we've enjoyed the benefits. This time it bit us but I'd rather us not play conservative because of it. I think conservative loses more games than this one loss. Finally, we tried to salt away a game where we didn't have a healthy lead and we played right into the opponents wheel house and they stole the win. We have a good 4 min offense but we lack the understanding of when to use it effectively. You use it to kill games where you have a two score lead or more not when it's a one possession game.

I'm 52 and not in the best of shape, and never played more than sandlot football with friends or in PE class, but if you're benching everyone, I just want you to know I'll do whatever it takes to win
