Come on Ravens! Hold on and see these losers off.

28-6 to start the 4th and Dak with his typical garbage time stat padding. Then a couple lucky bounces and terrible officiating got them to within 3 with 3 minutes left. I’ve always hated the Ravens for taking the Browns out of Cleveland, but I’m a Ravens fan for the day.

Kaw Ravens Kaw?

First down Ravens! Barring a catastrophic play, Dallas is 1-2 to start the season.

GO Birds

A two-fer in EagleLand today. A big win and a Dallas loss.

That was crazy SF blew a what 14-0 lead? And no puka or cupp

Between Hurts shooting us in the foot and Siri unloading a full auto mag into our foot, I don't know how we managed to get the win. We won despite ourselves. Do we need to put Siri in the owners box and take away his mic?

Hurts was top 10 in QB turnovers last year and he's got to be leading the league this year. We can't continue to leave points on the field and expect it to go our way. We're a top 5 offense in rushing/passing/yards but yet we're -4 in the turnover differential behind only the Titans who are 0-3.

not having Brown healthy might be hurting us too. We have other weapons but I think once he comes back and if everyone else can stay healthy this offense will really start to shine.

Yeah, but he doesn’t know that.

Actually, the TWO 4th downs he went for- he knows and wants out of Philly. It's either that or he is just plain brain dead to comon sense. Siri lost the right to coach this team anymore. The team won IN SPITE of him, that's for sure. And the idiot is on the sideline screaming at Carter at the end of the game- for celebrating and letting the Saints crowd have it... you know...the Carter that had his best defensive game ever. F Siri- had it with this **** bag.

I was happy in the sick way when Smith got knocked out. Eagles, despite themselves gave a ball to Barkley, who only managed to pull off one of the longest run for a TD on some stat sheet. Before that play,... it was Smith, Smith. After that they got Goddard involved. Who only managed to make 170 yards in a game?

I have a feeling analytics guys were throwing up in the can, when Barkley and Goddard produced on the field.

All of this despite significant injuries .

All hail to Vic the magnificent who lit the fire under the D ass.

Without defense overachieving , this game would have been lost on multiple levels. Hurts interceptions.

In a way...this was kind of must win game..and the Eagles produced. The Season is back on. Hallelujah .

And were 24-17 up with just over 2 minutes to go.

I’ve heard a clip of Sirianni saying that jalen "is a winner, he wins games.” Thanks nick for that deep and meaningful insight.

Also, the cowboys and ravens score line is so misleading. If you just saw the score line you’d think it was a close game. It wasn’t really. It appears that the chiefs got very lucky on SNF.

He’s right in that Jalen does tend to win and has throughout his career. And QBs that don’t have his mental strength would have folded yesterday after the mistakes he made first half. Instead he remained calm and helped led us on that go ahead TD drive. But we also can’t ignore that we were in need of that drive largely due to his turnovers and mistakes.

Chiefs got lucky… Becoming a bit of a theme isn’t it.

can't blame him for Jalen Carter though...the NFL takes player/fan interaction very seriously, Jalen Carter could have easily, and might still, drawn the team a hefty fine for his antics...and it was just pure immaturity....sometimes you have to just walk away

Yeah I’d agree with that. I get Carter was hyped up and excited and who can blame him! A lot had been said about this defense and they played an incredible game and he was a key part of that. It was immature though and silly and he needed to just walk away. It’s one thing to get a little carried away but he wasn’t doing that even after others tried to calm him down.

I am really disappointed in the backup WRs. Dotson hasn't done anything. When they ran that post play to Smith in the endzone, I am thinking where is Johnny Wilson? They should be throwing jump balls to Wilson every time in the end zone. At least Covey has done as much as he can, but he's a special teamer. The Eagles are in trouble without Brown and Smith.

Glad the D showed up yesterday, they were the reason we won the game.  Didn't think I'd say that after watching the first 2 games.  That said, I still have the feeling this is going to be a maddening unit all year.

Sirianni needs to get his sh!t together!  He is on a roll for making really dumb decisions.  Last week's decisions were defendable, at least, pending your philosophy.  But yesterday's decisions were not...I could not believe the decision to go for it on 4th down at the end of the 1st half, there was no real benefit of doing that. If they get the 1st down, they'd have 1 shot at a TD before having to kick the FG anyway.  The reward wasn't worth the risk.  Then the late in the game decision to kick a 60 yard FG...now, Elliot can hit from that distance but it's certainly not a gimme.  In that situation, they were up by 1 point and time was winding down in the 4th.  If you miss, you give them the ball at midfield vs a punt to try and pin them deep on a day the D was playing well.  I would have punted in that situation.  But nope, miss the FG, Saints get it at mid field then promptly drive for a TD.

Hurts just can't stop turning the ball over, he's killing us.

I never understand the Eagles' offense when skill players are missing.  They go small-ball most of the time and rarely ever get other players involved.  Let's see what Dotson and Wilson can do.  Are they not involving them more because the coaches aren't confident in them or is it Hurts that isn't confident in them?

If both Smith and Brown are out this week, the offense is going to look putrid unless Hurts or the coaches start devising ways to get other players more involved.  TB will just need to focus on stopping Goedert and Barkley, and that's it.

Ugly win over the dirtiest team in the NFL. Not just the cheap shot on Davonte, but how about the one where Slay was blocked out of bounds and into the bench. That Saints player should have been ejected as well.

Let's see. Johnson out. Becton out. DaVonte out, AJ Brown out, Covey Out.

I don't see how we beat Tampa.

Elite coverage on Mike Evans, good run defense. Run it down their throats. Bo Nix beat them. Eagles should win it.

Prior to the Saints game, we would have said the same thing.

In fact, everyone expected to get destroyed by the Saints just without Brown. Then had all those other injuries.

last time we beat the bucs we had over 200 yards rushing. Need to do that again to stand any chance

Nah, Jalen Carter wasn't taking any crap from Saints players or the fans. And what this Philly defense needs is some dog in them. CGJ and Carter brought that yesterday, and they won. F the league fines. You want a good boy D? That's how you lose. We won yesterday partly because Carter was a beast all game long.

"The league takes this seriously"- gtfo with that sissy trash.
