He was a system QB under an almost exclusive RPO scheme. He’s still one, but with (when they’re healthy) more talent offensively, but he’s a hot read to safety valve QB when the talent is there. They would like him to be a regular pocket QB, but his football IQ is too low to function that way. Sooner, rather than later, you have to move on from him. 

The defense is bad on every level.
