He’ll make some move and then try to make it seem like it’ll save the season. Only for the guy to be a complete bust and be let go the following season.

I don't understand what the problem is? Bc Huff is a bust? So bc one of many players he brought in is trash, that means he sucks? Most GMs would trade their whole roster for ours. The problem is the HC who does nothing. OCs and DCs need guidance, wtf does he provide. Maybe Howie should just give Nick pompoms and he can join the cheerleaders, watch how he Fs that up too

This thing could flip very quickly for the Eagles.  The team is a bonehead call away from being 3-1.  Talent is not the problem.  We had our top two receivers and Lane Johnson out.  Do we need to remind everybody the Eagles' record when LJ is out?

Like I said in another post - we could be seeing a 2003 type of year where the Birds got crushed their first two games, had a bye in week three, and then reeled off 11-1 record through the next 12 games and secured HFA for the entire playoffs.

Do I think it will happen with these Eagles?  No - not with the current head coach.  But talent is not the issue with this squad.

Could it happen? Sure. Will it? No. One real difference is coaching. Andy Reid was a million times the coach Sirianni is.

I was more referring to the moves he made the past few years that were supposed to push them over the top only to fall flat and do nothing. Think Robert Quinn and Julio Jones.

Julio jones wasn't traded for and no one thought he would push us over the top. He was signed to the practice squad

You think every team hits on everything? We just do more transactions so you're gonna have more fails, but also more wins. Rather him do nothing?

Trade off vets for picks and start the rebuild with a new defensive scheme.  Maddox for a 6/7.  Gainwell for a 7 or a 7/6 swap Becton for a 4/5 Goeddard for a late 3 Sweat for a late 4 Davis for a 4/5 Williams for a 4/5 Slay for a 4/5 Dean for a 6/7 

I would acquire as many picks as possible.  In the off season try and trade Hurts, maybe to Miami for a 1 

And I would trade down a few times in April to add more picks maybe 13-15 total.  I'd draft 3 DEs 3 DTs 2 LBs a S the rest on offense

We have already spent more than a full year's salary cap of future dollars so we need to rebuild with cheap talent and pay down that debt over the next few years.

All new aggressive defensive scheme utilizing press corners blitzing in a 4-3 alignment
