Tulsi is a Russian asset. I could see her actually quitting in protest if Trump bombs Iran. If she can't talk him out of it, she's of no use to Moscow.

Well, he's right and he's wrong. In April, Trump was right not to listen to the hawks, but Israel did this, so now, like all presidents, he has to react and make a choice.

It's clear that he's trying to use our possible involvement as leverage; otherwise, he would have jumped in already, given that we are six days into this. Israel alone is pushing them to the limit, so I doubt they want a piece of us as well. If you are trying to force them to cave, how is that a bad thing? That's what should be done.

If we get involved, it will likely be in a limited capacity, focusing on finishing off those sites and attempting to force them into a deal. That's not an endless war.

This thing started whether we like it or not. If they aren't caving to our demands in this weakened state, then further action needs to be taken. I see little wisdom in letting them off the ropes at this point. They are going to rebuild and take revenge on Israel, and eventually pull us into things anyway. Handle it now, while even Russia has abandoned them.
