Recently hiked trails in Hocking Hills State park in Ohio. Beautiful gorges, waterfalls, rock formations. Recommend it if you’re every in area. Okay back on point, I’d hate to see US get involved in this conflict directly. Give Israel support in downing incoming threats and weapons.

Israel is the aggressive short guy in the bar who goes around picking fights with everyone because they have a 6ft 5in professional boxer stood behind them threatening to kick the crap out of anyone that hits them back. Iran has been 'on the brink of having Nuclear weapons' every time Israel needs an excuse to attack them for about 30 years now, the idea they're trying for one now is just a fig leaf because Trump took an axe to a deal on Iranian nuclear ambitions his first go around, best we can hope for is China doesn't go any further than tweeting that Israel has to stop and kick off the big one.

Remove the theocracy and Iran will either vote in a regime similarly unpalatable to Israel / America because Israel (backed by America) has attacked them repeatedly in the last 15 years or they'll do a Libya and descend into a bitter factional civil war, but to make it extra spicy they'll have enough fissile material in the country to make every 2 bit paperback plot about terrorists planting a dirty bomb in a western city a legit concern for the next decade, the idea they can reinstall the monarchy that was kicked out by the Iranian population almost 50 years ago and everything will be fine is purest fantasy.
