Good luck with that ish. I had my left knee replaced 2-1/2 years ago and scheduled to have my right done next Tuesday. I should have had it done with the other. Both of my shoulders need replaced and was actually scheduled to have them done back in February but had to postpone. I can fake it with my shoulders but not the knee. I have a desk job waiting for me after surgery. Medical weed helps me sleep.

I might be on a similar path. My back is where its the worst, but I also have issues with both knees and my left shoulder.

Start researching peptides. Tb500 and BPC 157 they helped me recover from a partially torn rotator cuff

Is the hemp balm the product you guys are using?  I have very advanced osteoarthritis for only being 46, and my joints are all hating me every second of every day, especially my back and knees. Keeping in shape helps a lot, but days where I do a lot I feel it.

CBD is good, if you have access to THC salve or balm, it's a good bit better. I have bad knees, tonight my left knee was really bothering me. I rubbed a little of the THC salve onto it and the pain was almost instantly gone. That was about 6 or 7 hours ago and I'm still pain free in that knee.

Do you have a link to the exact product you use?

Lmao. It's a balm, Slappy.

Besides, I've shared my sources plenty. If I'm FBI I must be like one of those Jan 6th plants.

Here's a couple of links to two of the three that I've used, the third one isn't available at the moment but is the same as the Lavender VIII, just a different scent. The consistency of this (in the jar) is solid, kind of like a can of Crisco or if you think of bacon grease after it's sat and hardened. But once you rub it in, it melts quickly to absorb into the area:

This one is more like a lotion:

Of the two, I think i like the first one better. But only because it starts off in a solid state as opposed to the other one that's in a lotion state. I think it's easier to kind of regulate the amount needed, so I use less each time I use it than if it was a lotion. But both work great.

the best stuff i have is "organic remedies"

THC Balm [3oz] (500mg) | Organic Remedies | Balm - Jane (iheartjane.com)

I wish they carried the higher mg products here, but they seem to have a cap on THC concentration in all of the products. For gummies or tinctures, you won't find anything over about 10%, and usually it's a tad under 10%.

yeah that is a very good point for people to remember. states do have different rules and may not have the same products. i have to go to Jersey to get edibles because Pa doesn't allow them under their medial use policies.

this stuff i have has allowed me to say goodbye to any OTC and/or script pain relievers or anti-inflammatory meds.

I would have to drive to D.C. to get anything outside of Virginia, and D.C. is about 4 hours north of me. At some point, Maryland would be another option, but that's the same distance as D.C. from me.

If the Federal Government ever legalizes it, then the VA can begin prescribing it and it can be shipped through the mail. But until that day comes, which I think it will eventually, I'll just have to stick with the Virginia dispensaries and whatever they carry.

Just looked it up (for Virginia):

Welp, looks like the Shop in NJ can sell recreational weed again. Kudos.

This looks promising but I think my knees and shoulders are long past that point and might have been an option for me when I was in my 30s. Actually one knee is 99.9% good now and the other knee was just replaced Tuesday and is on its way to recovery.

As a bit of an update on my situation, since I've spoken about it here previously... my mother's weight in early February had dropped down to 99.6 lbs. After a concerted effort and the use of appetite inducing items (mostly in pill form, as opposed to gummies or tincture), today at the oncologist's office she was 114.4 lbs. (that's up 2 lbs from just a week ago). So that's a huge victory. I told her, "Next stop, 120!"

The survey, released by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and Morning Consult last week, looked at public opinion on the dangers and addictiveness of six different substances, plus technology.

With respect to marijuana, 38 percent said that it is "very or somewhat unsafe.”

People were far more likely to regard as unsafe cigarettes (84 percent), alcohol (64 percent), prescription opioids (66 percent), non-prescription opioids (75 percent) and vapes (76 percent). The only thing that people said was safer than marijuana was technology, which only 23 percent described as very or somewhat unsafe.
