Yes. It’s good stuff. I really like that it is already decarbed, and easier to use in edibles.

I think it will eventually be Federally permitted. Maybe not via President Trump, but eventually. That's where it's headed, anyway. Maybe Biden does an executive order before January 20th, but that could be erased with a new executive order on January 20th. So we'll see what happens. 

I think that legalizing it (Federally), could be a big tax boon. Collect the taxes on it like Tabaco and alcohol. Has there ever been a study to estimate how much would be taken in, in that regard?

Some voted no because they felt they couldn't grow their own and it'd just feed the pocket of rich companies being able to sell it

It was difficult to change their minds that at least this would be a possible stepping stone

Small steps forward this fall with some Nebraska approving medical.  Over in Europe, Denmark just approved medical.

I have been wanting to transition to consuming edibles more and inhaling less. The dispensary has some good ones, but they are more expensive. My end goal is to eventually grow my own, but I probably won’t get into indoor gardening until I retire in about 2 years. In the mean time, I can get some good flower at the dispensary for a decent price. I can get a lid at the  for about $125, and get roughly 8400 mg of thc. I will lose a bit in the decarb and infusion process, but I should still be able to get about 5000 mg of thc out of $125 of weed. 5000mg of dispensary troches are about $250. 
 

There are lots of ways to decarb and infuse in the oven and on the stove top, but to eliminate the smell, and make the process more efficient and consistent, I invested in a canna butter machine. I decarbed 7g last night and have it being infused with coconut oil as I write. If the practice batch of in-infused gummies that I have drying now comes out good, I’ll be making an infused batch later today. 

My practice batch of un-infused gummies came out pretty good. The texture is good but the flavor was a little bland. I used grape flavored gelatin and water. Using flavored juice instead of water will help. 

The infused batch is drying. 

If you need someone to test them I go back to work next week.

Looks like a good bill. I have no confidence that it will pass. Trump and Maga oppose it.

I’d love to see them allow home grow. It makes no sense in legalizing it but not allowing home grow. 

The gummies were a success. I still have to work on texture and taste, but they do the trick. Haven’t vaped or dabbed all week. 4 or 5 of these in the evening, and I sleep like a baby.

It might be easier to just get some capsules and fill them with the THC oil instead of making gummies. You just have to get the right kind, the kind that won't dissolve with a liquid in them.

I could fill them with the infused coconut oil I make for the gummies. I like making the gummies though.

Of course, tincture is faster acting since it gets into the bloodstream faster and doesn't have to go through the digestive system and be metabolized. But I can definitely understand wanting to do a process that's more interesting and fun.
