Tight end is pretty much a dart throw, but I have some options. TJ Hockinson, Cole Kmet, David Njoku, or Tucker Craft? I'm leaning Craft because everyone seems to score on them. 

TE is totally random. I'd wait and see on Hockenson. He's coming back from ACL/MCL surgery and isn't even guaranteed to play this week. For the other 3, throw a dart like you said. I like Craft for the same reason. Might as well go with a guy you think scores a TD. 

All 4 are already owned in my league: Hockenson, Kmet, Njoku, and Craft. I couldn't stream them if I wanted to.

I'm starting Hockenson if he is named to play however Njoku probably has the best ceiling if Winston is at QB

Trade rumors around Njoku, so they might try to highlight him with extra opportunities.  So there is that if you buy into the pump up the value line of thinking.

Ertz vs. Steelers, Freiermuth vs. Commanders, or Gesicki vs. Ravens?

I’m going with Gesicki tonight in DFS.  No Higgins again should afford him extra targets and the Ravens haven’t been great against TEs. 
 

Freiermuth has a decent matchup but in 2 games with Wilson he hasn’t done much so far. 
 

Ertz vs the Steelers defense gives me serious pause IMO 

I'm starting Gesicki with Higgins out

Njoku with Winston at QB

Thoughts on Jonnu Smith? Has he peaked? Or is he a fantasy starter for the rest of the season?
