A big time victory. I admit I had this one as loss when I first looked at the schedule. If we can beat them we can beat anybody.

KC doesn't look as dominant offensively. Seems victory is there for the taking. Also, the Lions schedule gets tough. Minnesota could end up winning that division.

Detroit has lots of injuries now.  They could actually end up in 3rd place in that division, behind Minnesota and Green Bay.

If DET loses to GB and we beat CAR to both be 11-2 w 2 conference losses what would be the next tie breaker?

According to this if that happens then the Eagles take over the 1 seed.  If you click on "tiebreakers" on that site after setting a win for the Eagles and loss for Lions in week 14 it explains it like this:

"NFC Tiebreakers

1st Seed - Philadelphia
NFC East Champ
Wins tie break over Detroit based on best win percentage in common games."

Thanks my man.

His numbers won’t jump out at you and he started very slow. At one point he was 1/5, but in the second half he was 9/10 with a TD pass and I believe a TD run.

I was talking about Jalyx Hunt haha

He’s kind of killing it right now. Another one of these young guys who is ahead of schedule and playing very well.

Football gods are with us.  JT is usually automatic and a fantasy stud for years now yet he somehow misses three field goals in one game.

He is off this year. He may have fallen off a cliff.

He has been bad all year, which is why the fans were booing him.

Loss of Smith coupled with Dotson seeming to have difficulty pick up the offense on top of that Wilson was out too kind of made the passing game one dimensional. I also heard on the radio Goedert was injured too. The passing attack was missing a lot of key components.

Yeah I think Goedert got hurt during the game? Not sure how much time he missed because we really didn’t throw it a lot.

I don’t recall seeing him much after the TD, but every year he always seems to get hurt. Heck they didn’t even have the ball very long in the 3rd at all.

This. WTF? Him always being hurt greatly outweighs his on-field production, IMO.

I saw on X that he avoided a serious injury, but could miss a game or two.

Exactly! It’s hard to count on a player who can’t stay healthy. Next draft Howie needs to draft another TE high, because this guy breaks down too much.

I like DG as a person but I'm sorry this dude is a liability, he can't stay on the field.  I'm ready to move on.  He doesn't help the Eagles if he can't stay healthy. Every season he misses multiple games, injury wise the dude is like the Mike Trout of the NFL.   This basically says it all:

Yeah I don't mean to pounce on DG. He's pretty good when healthy, but, his injuries are ridiculous.

The best ability is availability. He has a lot of talent but he just can't reach it with all of his injuries. UGH.

I don't know his contract situation, but if I'm Howie, i don't re-new him whenever the current contract is up.

Crazy how brown Smith goedert all missing numerous games while barkley is the one thats carrying the offense.

That’s a lot of overall wear and tear. When the Eagles moved on from Ertz, I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, but it is very likely an old Zach is going to outplay Goedert this season.

There weren’t many drives and a fair few ended in a 3 and out so yeah not a lot of plays to notice a TE.

I don’t exactly know when he got injured, but the offense struggled a lot in the third. Far too often is Goedert missing games.

Well, that can't be true.  Philadelphia fans are the only ones that boo.  The media said so.

It would be great if the Eagles draft Tyler Warren (TE) from Penn State.  I'm assuming Eagles will have a late first round pick, and he might be there for them.
