Any pass play that needs to develop Hurts cant execute. Plays need to be called that have a quick 1st and 2nd read. He is doing those well.

Most good plays are very nearly disastrous plays. That's football.

Overall, not a good half of football. The turnover and the TD to Smith cover up a lot of poor play. Get it to 21-10 and it'll just be another slow start that gets ignored for the most part. This offense has some issues. They can't seem to run on the 32nd run defense and Hurts was holding the ball a lot again, until the 2 minute drill.

Not a bad thought.  Efficient QB.  Affordable.  Can run the offense and spread the ball around.  Would be a good backup next year.

He had two receivers open on that play and just didn’t even see them.  

Does anyone think the turnovers in the beginning of the season is still in the back of Hurts’ mind? It’s like he’s second guessing his throws and allowing the D to react and cover. I’m glad the turnovers are under control, but he seems to be trying almost too hard to not turn it over. Just a thought as I’m bewildered at his play this year. He’s better than this. 

Strange half of football. Not felt much excitement as haven't felt the Eagles played particularly well. Yet there's never felt any touch of peril either. Feels very prosaic. Comfortably numb.
