I hope he never retires.

Thanks for sharing! Great video on Stout, we’re lucky to have him!

Thank you Chip

That´s amazing. He´s the best in the business and his guys are so devoted to him.

As an aside, how unfair is it that Jordan Mailata is such a great athlete but also has the voice of an angel? Give the rest of a chance, Jordan!

Can we just give some huge appreciation to the job that Stoutland did with Mailata? And the work ethic and willingness to learn to play football by Mailata. What a great great story that is.

Really good interview with Lane about various aspects of playing O line.

Pretty cool interview.  Lane and the OL have done a great job.

Stoutland has done a great job developing linemen and put together a great OL on the field every game. He is also the run game coordinator.  Berkley's success can't be separated from the coach's inputs.

Hope the team rewards the coach handsomely and keeps him around for a long long time.  Rarely assistant coach in the league is getting attention or praise.  But Stoutland richly deserves all that he can get.

The OL got gift from QB and RB.  Stoutland deserves a gift as well from the players too.

It's truly amazing how he knows what he's good at and sticks with it. How many times have we seen people move up the ranks and totally flop?

That's the most mysterious idea in corporate America that if you are good in something, the company promote you to a totally new function and expect you will learn, quickly, and perform well in the new role.  Often it does not work out or not as well as the old role.

Hope the team reward Stoutland handsomely and keeps him in the same role for a long time.  Give him some fancy title, e.g. assistant HC or something, for recognition, but not taking him away from the OL works.

The one thing we can thank the Chip Kelly regime for is the retention of the services of Mr. Jeff Stoutland.

That and the sports science program implementation.

Stoutland U got some new students this year. Howie's comments that day 3 picks they want to look at potential starters, not just depth is interesting. They have a lot of depth and guys to develop. The O line will continue to be strong for a long time.

I hope Stout is training his replacement for when he someday retires too. He's amazing.
