December 17, 2024Dec 17 I'd honestly add Williams as well. He's definitely been benefiting from Carter getting doubled

December 18, 2024Dec 18 I don’t think Jurgens or Becton make it this year. They may get in as alternatives. Remember, Mailata still hasn’t been to one, but absolutely should. So I’d say - locks - Barkley, Johnson, Dickerson, Baun, Carter Probables - Hurts, Brown, CJGJ, Mailata, Mitchell. Hurts may be borderline 3/4 but should make it with 32 TDs and the Eagles record. Brown may suffer slightly with the missed games but when he’s been healthy is clearly there on numbers. Mitchell should absolutely make it, but him being a rookie and having no interceptions mean it’s not a given. Borderlines/reserves - Sweat, Becton, Jurgens. Sweat has had a solid year and in the AFC wouldn’t be close, but should be there or thereabouts in the NFC.
December 18, 2024Dec 18 As long as they're exempt from participating when the time comes and replacements for them have been selected, it doesn't matter to me.

Carter could very well be Defensive MVP. And of course Barley offensive MVP.

He should be pro bowl for me and potentially all pro. But people like stats and he doesn’t have the big one for his position. Barkley will win offensive player of the year but not MVP. Carter doesn’t have the stats for defensive MVP (again no dispute how good he is)

When you have some of the best performers in the NFL on your team. I am stunned that with so many changes in the personnel...on this team, we are this great. Typically it never works like this. I am convinced that we have the best team in the NFL right now, and I am enjoying every moment of it.
