QB could be a runner once he breaks the pocket so the DB is allowed to hit the WR unless the ball is in the air, then it becomes pass interference

One of the problems last week was not converting turnovers for TDs (just one after Hurts left the game)  We kicked FGs the rest of the way and that wasn’t enough to close it out. We need to take full advantage when the opportunity arises.
