Tanner McKee needs significant time to see what he is. McKee did good things against Cowboys. I want to see if he can be better than Pickett.

The problem is that McKee will most likely playing with backups. So, it is not really a good barometer.

He should play, start or not.  Pickett too.

Hurts needs some time (if cleared) but yes I’d like to see McKee get some significant snaps too. He’s looked encouraging and I think we might have something there with him.

Mckee plays like he did against the Cowboys he may turn in to nice trade bait.  I say let him sling. 

Give Hurts a couple drives, Pickett a quarter and Mckie everything else.

So, the ideal course is we get Hurts in to knock off some rust, Barkley and the O-Line play to get the record, Pickett and McKee come in after that and increase their trade value, and then for something to go wrong and have Sirianni fired by halftime and see Kellen Moore take over with full control of the team, open things up by getting Dotson involved, and he extends Baun on the spot. Upset by Howie's demotion, Maddox turns in the upper portion of his uniform and quits football while flailing his arms and hopping off the field. 

Might be the first GSF thread I've ever agreed with. I'd like to see the majority of starters get a bye-week. Pickett's been fine for a backup, but I'm curious about McKee's potential.

With starters resting and Pickett nursing his ribs, McKee likely will start.

I wouldn't mind seeing QB1 (presuming he's cleared) play a series or two and McKee play the rest of the game. Pickett has had enough recent enough game time that there shouldn't be a rust concern with him.
