    If the bears win, the Dallass-Washington game is meaningless. The Packers would be locked into the 7 seed. So if the Packers are dead set on coming to Philly, they could tank. But if they want the 6 seed, I'd expect them to win. Then the Dallass-Washington game is a factor.
