I get that teams need to start their search, but it's a distraction to playoffs no matter how much the coaches deny it.

Well looks like another new O coordinator for next year combined with Sirianni's OCD..

He can interview, but there are restrictions on how and when the interviews can be done. They can be done via Zoom calls or the teams have to travel to the coach’s location.

Absolutely.  There really should be a ‘no tampering’ period for coaches just like there is for players under contract.  No communication with any coach (on any team regardless of whether their team’s season has concluded early or not) until after the Super Bowl (or some set date shortly after that).

Moore should stay as an OC with a SB contender rather than go where coaches go to die. Build the resume more and wait for a better head coach opening.

Moore can leave after helping the Eagles win back-to-back Super Bowls.  

I don't care what it looks like on a resume, but NOBODY should want the jets GM position with that idiot of an owner.   

We knew we’d lose Kellen Moore if the Eagles had a good season.  It was either have a bad year and everyone gets fired or have a good year and Moore is hired away.

That's also just the deal you take on when your HC isn't the playcaller

All these loser teams need to wait until the playoffs are over for this crap.

He's had success here, but I'm not sure he is amazing.  Saquon and the O line managed much of this season on their own.  Hate to break up the band, but if he does go, hopefully his shoes won't be too big to fill.

Has he? The Eagles' Offensive DVOA has never been lower since Hurt's rookie year. 

Oh look, I found some random stat and I'm suddenly going to place importance on it. If you can't tell this offense is light years ahead of last years, you haven't been watching. I mean, he's making two backups look like starters and adjusted the play calling to them.

Oh really? I thought the only ones who could interview are those teams that are on a bye? But maybe those coaches can travel the rest can’t.
