February 4Feb 4 If Moore leaves, there's only 1 option at OC... Matt Naggy. I don't want another project, bc unfortunately Nick can't help.

February 11Feb 11 I hope he got 50 million to get fired in 2 or 2 1/2 years working for child predator protectors with no roster or salary cap. This is as close to selling your soul for money as an NFL coordinator can get.
February 11Feb 11 All part of the process of being the best team in the world! Coaches and players will unfortunately leave. Now let’s go and find our new OC (externally).
February 11Feb 11 Feels a bit more palatable losing a coordinator after a win at least. Much harder to cycle defensive coordinators in my opinion. With the offensive talent and experience on this team we'll be ok.

February 11Feb 11 Kellen Moore went from the penthouse to the outhouse and the parade hasn’t even happened yet.

He is now entering his 6th year, he's used to all the change and adversity. The settled into their identity this year. The new OC just needs to continue: feed Barkley, Hurts designed runs north (not east/west), limit turnovers, play efficient, mix it up between the receivers and Goedert. The defense should continue to dominate.
February 12Feb 12 At first, I was a little salty about this but after some thought....Moore has really underwhelmed me ALOT with his playcalling this season so I am good with it.....I would try to bring back Steichen if it were possible.....
February 12Feb 12 aren't the Saints millions of dollars over the cap? By like some gross amount? I can't believe Moore would even want that job. He's been a coordinator for years, so I guess he's ready for the next step, but he just doesn't seem like a strong enough leader for that gig. Anyway, I know Patullo is getting consideration for our OC job, however I'm also a fan of bringing back Reich, assuming he's not working. He and Sirianni have a relationship already, and the guy knows what he's doing.

There is no way he is turning it down, even with the cap situation

February 12Feb 12 Author The more I think about this, the more I believe promoting Patullo is the right move for 4 reasons. 1) It would allow some continuity with someone who has been in our system for a few years. 2) Timing. Because we were the last team standing and weren't focusing on a search for a new OC, most if not all of the most coveted candidates have already been snapped up. 3) Jalen is now entering his 5th year as a full time starting QB - he now has a much better grasp on the NFL game and has become much better at reading defenses, handling the blitz, etc. Can he still learn a few things? Absolutely. But it is getting to the point where he can almost run the offense himself. 4) Stout handles the run game, so promoting the guy responsible for handling the passing game makes quite a bit of sense.

Nope, Since Reid got there all KC Offensive Coordinators have done on leaving is prove that the KC offense is all Reid's. Even Doug god bless his soul does not run a pretty offense.
