Come on, man, the Eagles have had running backs at quarterback going all the way back to Randall. Wentz was like the first starting QB we've drafted since RC. Foles doesn't count because he was never supposed to start

Yeah, and all of them had football iq and knew the throw the ball away if nothings there, not roll out and drop for a three yard loss..also all of them could throw the ball period…not just hang back for a day then scramble for a small pick up.

hurts is indecisive, can’t see the field…we had this conversation a month ago and we thought he adjusted but here we are again..I watched him clearly miss wide open receivers tonite..not including the fake tush push play..

he is what he is I get it, he does some good sometimes but then he reverts right back to rookie hurts..it’s infuriating..Green Bay had no secondary tonite..and don’t get it twisted..I’m not complaining about the amount of throws I’m talking about throwing the damn ball when the play is called…good balance tonite..but he’s gotta find his playmakers and stop Fin running when he doesn’t have to.

its like he’s going through his progressions backwards, and he’s missing open receivers because of it..aj should never have 1 for 10 in a whole game…thats Fin BS

my point was we criticized Randall for not being able to read defenses, and we criticized McNabb for not being able to read defenses. We knew Vick couldn't read defenses, and here we are in the same boat with Hurts. If anything, Hurts doesn't use his feet as often as he can. McNabb was the same way later in his career when he looked to get bigger. At least RC and Vick would beat you with their feet, even though they both had cannons for arms.

Did you not notice AJ limping? After his 1st catch he hobbled off the field. That fake tush push, AJ wasn't running full speed.

Glad to get the W the D looked great and team intensity was there. Passing game is crap. Not one single slant attempt to AJ? The playcalling and Hurts ability to throw with anticipation is a huge weakness.

I guess the team plays harder for Hurts to make up for his shortcomings? I guess you can call that "leadership"?

I think its his lingering knee issue. How far can we get if AJ isnt 100%?

Hurts can throw with anticipation. The ability is there IMO he just can’t consistently do it yet and they don’t use the playcalling I’d expect to get him in a rythmn.

They didn't pass that much for starters. Hurts hasn't played in weeks. Relax.

They called pass plays he just didn’t throw it, he held and ran…for whatever reason..and receivers were open when he did, that’s the frustrating thing..seeing open receivers on pass plays and dude takes off running…sick of it..when he gets knocked out again..I guess McKee or Pickett will throw it..

They called a little over 20 pass plays. They were very conservative clearly
