Back to back excellent games. Do we even notice a drop off from Dean?

He's filling in nicely. Dean, though, wears the green dot when he plays and now that responsibility goes to Baun. Fortunately Burks gained playoff experience last season and that was against the chiefs in the Super Bowl.

Dude had a great Championship game. Fangio is using his guys properly.

Yes. Feels good going into next season. All the sudden, we need to resign him if Dean is out for some games. Although, I like Trotter. But like his physicality in the run game and length in passing lanes. Developing chemistry with Baun now. We need both of these cats back!

Trotter can continue to develop. Vic picked Burks for a reason and i suppose hes the guy while Dean recovers. If Dean's ever back at 100%... apparently thats a tricky surgery and recovery.

Burks was awesome today! He’s stepped in for Dean and he’s played really well. Fair play to him and fair play to Howie for bringing him in during the off season.

He seemed like an afterthought for most of the season but has really helped this team in Dean's absence.  Another swing-and-a-hit by Howie.  Helps having a DC who seems to get the most out of his players too.
