Khalil Mack (Chargers EDGE) -- RE-SIGNED WITH L.A. CHARGERS

Could be a nice replacement for Graham. Has played for Vic in the past. He wants a championship. Might take less money to get one

pff has them with very similar stats.. tackles, pressures, sacks (Mack-6 , Sweat-8)  biggest difference they have is Mack is rated a lot higher vs the run (Mack 88% (2/211ends vs Sweat 69.3% 48/211end)  A 1 year contract to chase a title wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I think this is a great idea. One year deal at reasonable price. We really need a solid veteran. Can still draft a DE high, but gives us a decent pair of starters and hopefully Hunt, draft pick and even Huff can earn playing time.

Not to up to the numbers these guys sign for but I've seen articles suggesting a 1 yr $20 million deal which to me seems high esp at his age

Yeah that’s out the question. He will probably get more money elsewhere. But if he wants to win a ring it feels like a good fit.

If he is waiting around after the draft or atleast whenever signing players doesn’t count against the comp picks I would have interest, but other then that no… I’m not signing players that take away comp picks… I think that’s a big part of letting our own players leave besides the amount of money.

Doubtful. He had a down year and is getting up there in age. He'll look to ring chase. I could see 8 mil

If he’s looking to chase a ring then look no further than Philly! 😊

I've really been digging the youth movement here but we do need depth at EDGE (if Sweat leaves which seems like a safe assumption and BG retires).  If BG does indeed hang em up then yes, perhaps Mack can fill his spot in the rotation.  Even at 34 he was still productive (6 sacks in 2024, 17 the year prior).  But if BG plans to play another year then no thanks to Mack.

Too old and expensive.  Pass.
