My predictions: 

Howie trades out of the first round. Winds up at or near top of 2nd round.

Howie has three 5th round picks and no 6th or 7th round picks. He trades one of those picks to move down. And, another one of those picks to move up.

Yes I can most definitely see us trading down with some team in the top 10 of round 2 looking to grab a player with that 5th year option.
